The iced brew was bright and refreshing, a perfect complement to the meal, and I enjoyed it so much I ordered another to take with me. The house jam was a standout—fresh, vibrant, and memorable enough that I purchased a jar to bring home to the East Coast. This is the kind of breakfast spot that leaves a lasting impression, the balance of good food and genuine hospitality done right. The Griddle will certainly be at the top of my list the next time I find myself in Idaho.”
