Spitfire Tacos + Tequila

“Where to begin...this place is a real winner. Decided to get a quick drink and that turned into food and I couldn't be happier it did. Cocktails are excellent (tequila focused but not exclusively), and presented well. I had their seasonal taco which was a Cubano taco, RUN don't walk to get this amazing dish. I am serious, don't sleep on this one, it is all the best elements of a Cuban sandwich turned into a taco. The flavors are very authentic, I could have mistaken it for the inside of a Cuban in Miami (ohlf which i have had many) inside a fresh tortilla. Anyway, the guacamole and salsa were excellent as was my friends burrito. I would add that the prices are very fair and I felt was a value for the quality. I would be remiss to not mention the service, our server Seb was excellent, attentive, and very friendly. Finally, I rarely have a dessert but their churros...insane, that's the only word I can think of. Eagle is lucky to have such a great spot like this. I think their slogan kind of fits them well "authentically made inauthentic tacos" because the combos of flavors are quite unique so definitely give them a try.”
