“My family found Coynes a couple years ago and we’ve been going consistently ever since. It’s the sister restaurant to Bardenay, and I’d argue Coynes is a more elevated version in a great way.

Service has always been very good. The bar turns out unique, well-crafted drinks, and the wine list is solid. The space is comfortable inside, and the patio is a big plus — fully covered, enclosed, and heated in winter so you can use it year-round.

The food is where Coynes really shines. The kitchen is consistent, and the menu shifts just enough over time to keep things fresh with new and interesting options.

Overall, this is a go-to spot in Eagle for a great meal, excellent drinks, and a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend.”
