“On Monday, February 16 around 4:20 PM, I stopped by to get a hot chocolate for my daughter and a regular coffee for myself. I asked quite a few questions because my daughter has a lot of food restrictions and is severely lactose intolerant. The lady who helped us was very nice, very professional, and greeted us with a big smile.

I just want to say that people like her make a big difference for a company. Customer service like that is what keeps customers coming back—very professional, very friendly, and exactly the kind of welcoming vibe you hope for when you go out for coffee. Thank you so much for understanding cross-contamination and for cleaning your utensils before preparing my daughter’s drink.

My daughter gives her hot chocolate a 10 out of 10—it was delicious. I also had one of the specials, the Bogus Basin one, and it was great as well. I’ll definitely be coming back, even though it’s about a 30-minute drive from where I live. It’s absolutely worth it for a coffee shop like this.”
