“Well this on was a surprise for me. It’s only the second restaurant/food truck that I have given a five star 🌟 rating on all aspects I use for my criteria. The seating was very nice with a very nice covering. The staff were all so very nice and helpful. The two street tacos were twice the size of most of the others that I have eaten. And the price point at 2.50 was an exceptional good price. The carnitas have that crisp and the bite that I enjoy. The Al pastor had that orange color and the bite I have come to enjoy. This has been truck #9 and the first time I have done two trucks in a day. This one is a keeper as they also have the other parts of the cow inside’s that they cook. CASA DE MADERA ON FRANKLIN BOISE.
