The Viral Loop

Your audience starts it. Their friends keep it moving.

A giveaway begins with people who already know your business. Because entrants can earn extra entries by sharing, each person has a reason to pass it along to people who may not know you yet. As those new people enter and share, awareness can move beyond your existing audience.

Partner Push

We strongly encourage partner businesses to post the giveaway to their own social channels with a clear share prompt: enter, then share your giveaway link for extra entries and more chances to win. That first push is what gets the loop moving.

Step 1

Your audience enters

The campaign starts with people who already know your business and want the prize.

Step 2

They share for extra entries

Entrants have a clear reason to send the giveaway to friends, coworkers, family, and group chats.

Step 3

New people discover you

The giveaway reaches people who may not know your business yet, through someone they trust.

Step 4

The loop repeats

New entrants can share too, which gives the campaign a path to spread beyond the first post.

Simple Campaign Flow

How the giveaway works

1

You bring the prize

A strong local prize, usually $50 to $100 or more, gives people a real reason to enter and share.

2

We build the giveaway

The Boise hosts the page, entry flow, rules, partner links, referral sharing, partner stats, and Golden Ticket closeout.

3

People enter and share

Entrants get a simple way to enter, visit partner links, and share the giveaway with friends.

4

You get a Golden Ticket closeout

When it closes, we confirm the winner, send the Golden Ticket to both sides, and keep the ticket and eligible CSV downloads on the giveaway page with your partner login.

What You Get

A giveaway page with useful campaign mechanics

Local attention

A dedicated giveaway page gives your prize, business, links, and timing a clean place to live.

Your partner login shows core stats like entries, entrants, referrals, and average entries during the campaign and after it closes.

Optional email leads

If you include a partner newsletter action, people can choose to hear from your business and you can download the opt-in CSV from the page after the winner is chosen.

What The Boise Handles

The campaign plumbing

Entry setup

Giveaway page, prize details, rules display, and a simple entry flow.

Sharing setup

Referral links, native share actions, and additional entry opportunities for partner actions.

Partner access

A special partner login on the giveaway page for campaign stats while the giveaway is running and after it closes.

Golden Ticket closeout

Winner confirmation, Golden Ticket delivery to both the customer and your team, plus ticket and eligible CSV downloads directly from the page.

Prize Redemption

How the Golden Ticket works

After a winner is confirmed, The Boise sends the Golden Ticket to both your business and the winning customer. It includes the customer’s first name and email, and the winner brings that same ticket to your store, either printed or on their phone, so your team can match the details before redeeming the prize. Your partner login on the page can also show the ticket download for reference, plus the opt-in CSV if your campaign included a partner email signup.

We send the ticket

Your team and the winning customer both receive the Golden Ticket with the winner’s first name, email, and prize details.

The winner visits

The customer comes to your store and presents the ticket on their phone or as a printout.

You match the details

Confirm that the name and email on the ticket match the person redeeming the prize.

They redeem the prize

Add an optional expiration date if needed, or we can arrange a custom redemption setup that is easier for your team.

FAQ

Common partner questions

Can you verify that someone followed us on social media?

No. Social and website actions point entrants to the right place, but we do not promise verified follows, purchases, or off-site behavior.

Can we collect email opt-ins?

Yes, if the giveaway includes a partner newsletter action. People choose that action, and you can download the opted-in names and email addresses from the giveaway page with your partner login after a winner is chosen.

Can we see how the giveaway is performing?

Yes. The giveaway page can show core stats with your partner login during the campaign and after it closes, including entries, entrants, referrals, and average entries.

How much should the prize be worth?

The best starting point is usually $50 to $100 or more. Higher-value prizes and bundles generally give people a stronger reason to share.

Can more than one business be included?

Yes. A campaign can include one business or a small group of businesses, with partner actions for each one.
